How to make an order?
Select the desired products (all prices are indicated inclusive of 21% VAT) and add them to your shopping cart. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm the order.
The goods will be dispatched to your address within 24 hours after the confirmation of the order and receipt of the payment.
How to pay for the order?
At the online store guntina.com you may pay via a bank wire transfer.
After confirmation of the order, you will receive an invoice to your e-mail to be settled within 3 days after placing the order. Payment may be made from any bank within the Republic of Latvia online, by transferring he amount due to our bank account . Upon receipt of the payment in our bank account, the products ordered by you shall be either delivered or dispatched to your address,
If the amount due shall not be received in the bank account of SIA „Guntina.com” within 3 business days, then your order will b cancelled automatically.
How long will it take to deliver by order?
If sent by post, the parcel should reach the recipient within 2 - 5 business days.
How to return or exchange products?
Article 12 of the Law on Consumer Rights' Protection of the Republic of Latvia and Minister Cabinet regulations No. 207 "Regulations on remote agreement"" provide that the customer has a right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days and return the product to the seller.
In line with Article 15.3 of the Minister Cabinet Regulation No. 207, the said rights of refusal may not be exercised on goods that are made to customer's order or considered irreplaceable otherwise. Upon placing the order, you hereby confirm that you have read these terms.
The consumer is responsible for maintenance of product's quality and safety during the period of time the said refusal rights are applicable in observance of Part VI of Article 12 of the Law on Consumer Rights' Protection.
Transportation costs for returned goods shall be covered by the Buyer. Funds for returned goods shall be transferred to your bank account within 30 (thirty) or 7 (seven) calendar days (in the event the product does not correspond the terms of the agreement) from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Consumer is hereby obliged to cover all and any costs related to the return of the products in line with parts IV and V of Article 12 of the Law on Consumer Rights' Protection.
The colour of the product may be different from that provided in the image and some details shown in the image may not be included with the product. Product description are of informative nature.
Products may only be returned by post. Only previously unused goods are accepted for return.

What is the content of fabrics used in the products?
Rayon (viscose) = regenerated cellulose fibre obtained by chemically processing cellulose obtained from the wood of spruce, pine and Fir.
Principal qualities of rayon fibre:
- natural fibre qualities;
- the fabric is transparent and well-ventilating
- relatively high mechanical strength (less than that of natural silk);
- light exposure resistant;
- integrity of the fabric not affected when ironing in temperatures below 120 centigrade;
Rayon fabrics must be washed carefully - if possible, in neutral environment, avoiding strong abrasion and wringing the cloth by hand; water temperature from 30 - 50 centigrade. To be ironed from the left side at a temperature mode of 120 centigrade.
Elastane = elastic fibre 85% of its mass being made by segmented polyurethane and which after a 3-fold stretching and removal of the strain shall promptly and almost entirely return to its initial length
Polyester = a fibre created from linear macro-molecules 85% of the chains of which are created from elementary units of diol and terephthalic acid ether ;
Polyamide or nylon - a fabric formed by synthetic, linear molecules with repeating amide bonds in the chains of, 85% of which are bound by aliphatic or cycloaliphatic units;
Silk = a fibre obtained only from the cocoon of a silk-worm ;
Cotton = a fibre obtained from the cotton-plant pods (Gossypium);
